DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

First we will take a series of before pictures to document the healing process. This is a really great way to monitor and manage the progress that we're seeing. Alcohol will be used to prep and sanitize your skin and then I will use my rotary machine to. "tattoo" the specialized serum mix right into the dermis layer of your stretch mark or scar. You will be red, the area will look angry (that’s what we want). After each stretch mark is addressed I will apply a tattoo bandage to keep the area safe from infection. Then we will have a session of red light therapy on the area. Red light therapy helps regenerate cells, restore cell function and trigger blood flow. In turn, this helps to heal and relieve pain.

If you need a multiple sessions we will assess your progress at the 6-8 week mark. It could take your body up to 12 weeks to fully heal. Please be patient and trust the process.

After 2 weeks even though you may still be seeing your skin returning to normal it's not uncommon to see redness and/or hyperpigmentation appear. Some clients will go through a phase of dark hyperpigmentation and then it will lighten up. Don’t panic!

Send photos in 4-6 weeks so we can can follow up to see if you're ready for the next session of if your body needs more time to heal. Some people heal faster/slower depending on your individual body health, metabolism, and lifestyle.

If you are prone to hyperpigmentation and the stretch marks are just not healing in a desirable manner, we will discuss If the treatment is suitable for you or not and move forward from there.

Note that darker skin types may need 3-6 months between treatments to completely heal and encourage properly healing to reduce the risk of strong hyperpigmentation.
